• BUSINESS MANAGERS
  Applicant must have 5-years hands-on experience in managing a branch or other business units and proven track record of high level performance. Must have the ability to attain (or surpass) the branch's profitability, sales, service and budget targets effectively.
• ASSOCIATE BUSINESS MANAGERS FOR MARKETING
  Aggressive sales officers needed with 3-years sales experience in or outside of the banking industry. Must be able to contribute in the development of strategies in attaining business targets and effectively assists the Business Manager in finalizing and implementing a marketing plan. He/She ensures delivery of share in the branch's funding and profitability targets.
  
• HEAD OFFICE ACCOUNT OFFICERS
  Candidates must be able to solicit, evaluate and process corporate accounts to achieve predetermined portfolio levels and income targets.
  
• PRODUCT OFFICER FOR CASH MANAGEMENT PRODUCTS AND SERVICE
  Candidates must have experience in the areas of product management, brand analysis, planning, new products/market development, advertising and promotions. The candidate must be able to manage the product that will be assigned to him/her from strategy formulation to implementation to achieve objectives (volume, profitability, and market share) He/She must be innovative, creative and with presentation skills.
  
• SYSTEMS SUPERVISOR
  Primarily responsible in the development of procedures/processes on bank operations and forms management. Has ability to recommend operational improvements. Has good analytical and communication skills. Preferably graduate of Industrial Engineering or related Business Course. Experience in banking is an advantage.

All applicants should have above average scholastic records, good oral & written communication skills and pleasing personality. For officer positions, at least two years relevant experience is required. Ability to speak in Chinese & having a ready network that may be tapped as client base for marketing positions* is an advantage.
