Qualification

1. Age should be between 21 to 65 years old
2. Minimum annual income of P120,000 for Classic Visa and P480,000 for Gold
3. Must reside within a 10 km radius of a Bank of Commerce branch

EMPLOYED

Copy of the latest Income Tax Return (ITR) with BIR or bank stamp, AND any of the following: Certificate of Employment stating applicant's position, income, and length of stay in the company (original copy only) Last two (2) month's credit card statements coming from the same credit card and of current status, you must be a cardholder for at least 12 months

Billing statements (cell phone, utilities, etc.) for the past two (2) months 5. Latest pay slip within the last two (2) months

2. Audited Financial Statement for the last 2 years
3. Document Tax Return
4. Certified True Copy of Articles of Incorporation and By Laws

IF NOT A FILIPINO CITIZEN

1. Photocopy of Passport or Valid Visa
2. Photocopy of Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR)
3. Deed of Assignment for Deposit Hold Out (Hold out should be 150% of desired credit limit)
