At present, the following are the maturities of bonds: 2-year, 5-year, 7-year, 10-year, 20-year and 25-year bonds. These are sold at its face value on origination. The yield is represented by the coupons, expressed as a percentage of the face value on per annum basis, payable semi-annually.

Copy of the latest Income Tax Return (ITR) with BIR or bank stamp
