To avail of the promo, the Cardholder must use his/her qualified Bank of Commerce Credit Card to pay for the total amount purchased. 5. Only one valid Bank of Commerce Credit Card can be used per transaction and one card transaction per visit shall be qualified for the Splitting of transactions is not allowed. 6. In case of dispute related to the promo, the decision of Bank of Commerce and Viva Foods shall be conclusive in concurrence with DTI.
