Through the Bank’s partnership with U-Franchise (which has over 200 franchise brands) and Potato Corner, OFWs and their beneficiaries are able to apply for a franchise business from these two institutions easily. In order to have access to the SikapPinoy Asenso Program, OFWs or their beneficiaries need to open a SikapPinoy Asenso Account. SikapPinoy Asenso comes with a Mastercard Debit Card that can be used at 20,000 BancNet ATMs nationwide, over 2 million Mastercard ATMs worldwide, and 38 million Mastercard-affiliated merchants worldwide. It has no initial deposit and no maintaining balance. Sikap Pinoy Asenso has three (3) account classification types: a. Saver – which is purely for savings b. Express – allows the OFWs to directly pay for the franchise fee if the account holder already has enough funds c. Access – allows OFWs to use the Bank’s loan facility to support his franchise fee payment.
