Premier Membership

Priority Membership is offered exclusively to existing and new customers of Bank of Commerce who have a Checking or Savings Account and maintains a deposit average daily balance of PHP 1,000,000.00.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Member minimum qualifications:
    1. Must be an owner of a BankCom checking and/or savings account.
      1. For “And/Or” accounts only the “Primary” or “Principal” account holder identified during the account opening shall be qualified for the program.
      2. The following account types shall not be qualified for the program:
        • In-Trust-For (ITF) accounts
        • Sole Proprietorship and Corporate Accounts
    2. Must maintain a total average daily balance (ADB) of at least P1,000,000 in his/her BankCom checking and savings account/s.
  2. On a periodic basis, BankCom may perform a review of the account/s to ensure ADB is still within standards to qualify for the membership to the BankCom Experience “Priority” Program.
  3. Program Perks and Privileges:
    1. BankCom Mastercard Debit Card that has an increased withdrawal and purchase limit of up to P50,000.00 per day.
    2. BankCom Priority Mastercard Credit Card with free Annual Membership Fee for two years.
      1. Subject to existing credit Card approval terms and conditions
      2. Only applicable to non-existing BankCom credit card holders
    3. Auto Loan with Super Prime Rates
      1. Subject to existing auto loan approval terms and conditions
    4. Home Loan with Super Prime Rates
      1. Subject to existing home loan approval terms and conditions
    5. Regular product and/or service Updates from the BankCom Trust and Treasury Groups
    6. Free one personal checkbook per year.
  4. Membership Validity
    1. Membership to the BankCom Experience “Priority” Program shall be valid for one (1) year and shall be subject to renewal every year-end.
    2. A member shall receive a notification on the renewal of his membership no later than the first (1sT) month of the succeeding year.
  5. BankCom shall not be liable for any perks and privileges that are not available at the time of availment.
  6. The member acknowledges its rights under the relevant laws including the bank secrecy and data privacy laws and nevertheless agrees and gives its consent to BankCom to use, process, disclose and share the member’s personal information, including bank account information, with other SMC subsidiaries and affiliates as well as selected third parties, service providers and government entities, as deemed applicable, in relation to the availment of a wide range of products from the SMC Group and the processing of his application and to be able to avail the relevant perks and privileges of his membership including but not limited to product/service applications, improvements/upgrades, data analytics and related automated processes as part of BankCom’s initiatives to further improve its services in relation to the BankCom Experience “Priority” Program membership.
  7. The member hereby consents and agrees that BankCom and its offices, branches, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, representatives and authorized third parties may, from time to time, send or communicate with the member via SMS, email and/or other means available in the future for reminders, notices, promotional advertisements/campaigns concerning the account/s of the member and other bank products and services.
  8. The member hereby agrees that all notices and communications are deemed to have been duly received by him/her/them if hand delivered to or sent by registered mail to the address that he/she/it had provided to BankCom, or if sent by email and/or by other means available in the future. The member also agrees that he/she/it will be deemed notified of any changes in relation to his/her account/s if such changes are either duly posted in conspicuous places in BankCom branches, or sent by registered mail, SMS, email or other means available in the future.
  9. In case the member is unable to comply with any one of the Terms and Conditions above and/or for such grounds as may be determined by BankCom on its sole discretion, BankCom reserves the right to revoke his/her membership at any given time. Similarly, BankCom may reinstate members as it sees fit.
  10. The BankCom Experience “Priority” Program Terms and Conditions may be modified, amended, or supplemented from time to time by BankCom in its sole and absolute discretion without prior notice, by way of posting on Bankcom’s website, or in any manner deemed suitable by BankCom. The member undertakes to access the BankCom website regularly to view these Terms and Conditions. BankCom shall not be liable for any consequential or indirect damage or for any loss of value or benefits that may arise or may be suffered by the member as a result of any changes made to the BankCom Experience “Priority” Program Terms and Conditions.
  11. The member hereby agrees that, when BankCom amends the BankCom Experience “Priority” Program Terms and Conditions, the current version of the BankCom Experience “Priority” Program Terms and Conditions shall supersede all prior versions and shall govern the member’s account/s and/or membership henceforth. The member hereby acknowledges and agrees that, by keeping his/her account/s open and using the same, as well as continuing to enjoy his/her membership and availing of the perks provided therefore, he/she is deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by any and all changes that BankCom may hereafter make to the BankCom Experience “Priority” Program Terms and Conditions. The member further understands that if he/she does not agree with said changes, he/she may close his/her account/s and/or terminate his/her membership as provided in the BankCom Experience “Priority” Program Terms and Conditions.
  12. This membership and the pertinent deposit account shall likewise be subject to the Terms and Conditions applicable to the deposit accounts of BankCom.

What is BankCom Experience Program?

BankCom Experience Program is an exclusive membership program for a discerning few. Inclusion to the program entitles you to full access to privileged services, personalized banking and exclusive benefits that suit your lifestyle.

Who is entitled to the BankCom Experience Program?

  • Priority Customer – for customers who maintain a minimum required Checking and Savings Deposit Average Daily Balance (ADB) of at least PHP 1,000,000.00
  • Aspire Customer- for customers who maintain a minimum required Current & Savings Deposit Average Daily Balance (ADB) of at least PHP 100,000.00.

Can I use my Priority or Aspire badge at other Bank of Commerce branches?

Yes, simply present your Priority or Aspire Badges to any Bank of Commerce branch officer or you may proceed directly to the designated BankCom Experience counters. As a Priority or Aspire Customer, you will have full access to Branch Officers at any Bank of Commerce branch, who will personally handle all your financial transactions.

What will happen if I fall below the required ADB?

You will be notified by your dedicated Relationship Manager or Branch Officer, who will advise you on the best course of action.

Can I opt out of the Program?

We hope you reconsider before deciding to opt out of the program.  The BankCom Experience program is one of the Bank’s ways of recognizing you as a valued client and of keeping our commitment to serving you on a higher level. However, should you feel you are no longer in need of the Program, then we can assist you in other ways.
