Do I need to enroll my beneficiary accounts before I can transfer funds?

There is no need to enroll beneficiary accounts, you just need to input correct BankCom account number to process the transaction.

Can I transfer funds between my personal Bank of Commerce account and a corporate Bank of Commerce account using BankCom [Personal]?

Yes, you can transfer to a corporate account as a third party beneficiary.

Would a beneficiary account see my account details?

Your account cannot be viewed or accessed by the other party.

Are fund transfers from one BankCom account to another BankCom account done in real time?

Yes, fund transfers are done in real time. In addition, you may opt to schedule (post-dated and recurring) fixed amount transfers.

How much fund transfer is allowed in BankCom [Personal]?

You are allowed to transfer funds to a third party up to a maximum amount of Php 500,000.00 per transaction.

How many fund transfer/bills payment transactions can I do per day?

There is no daily limit for fund transfer and bills payment transaction.

Will there be a three-day clearing period if I transferred funds online?

There is no clearing period as funds are transferred real time.

Can I transfer funds using my peso account to other currencies and vice versa? What exchange rate will be used?

This feature is currently not available in BankCom [Personal].

Can I transfer funds using my Euro or USD to another Euro/USD account?

Yes, you can transfer funds using Euro/USD accounts as long as destination accounts are the same currency.

Can I transfer funds from my BankCom account to another account in a different Bank?

Yes, just access Transfer to Other Bank option of BankCom [Personal] and select InstaPay or PESONet as your transfer type.

Is there a maximum amount for InstaPay and PESONet transactions?

InstaPay allows fund transfer up to Php50,000.00 per transaction in real time. While PESONet allows fund transfer up to Php500,000.00 per transaction.

When will my InstaPay and PESONet Transactions be credited?

For InstaPay, crediting is real time. For PESONet, transactions before 9:00AM cut-off will be processed mid-day. Transactions before 2:00PM cut-off will be processed before the day ends. In addition, you may opt to schedule (post-dated and recurring) fixed amount transfers.

Can I transfer funds to another BankCom account using a mobile number and email address?

Yes, you can transfer funds to other BankCom accounts using a mobile number and email address.

How do I transfer funds using a mobile number and email address?

Make sure the beneficiary’s email address or mobile number is linked to your BankCom account. To link the beneficiary details to your BankCom account via the BankCom [Personal] web page, follow these steps:

  • Go to Financial Services
  • Select Transfer by mobile/email
  • Link mobile number/email address

To perform fund transfers to a mobile number/email address via the BankCom [Personal] App:

  • Go to Fund Transfer
  • Create new transfer to mobile/email
  • Select source account
  • Input details of recipient (email/address)
  • Input amount and submit

Via the BankCom [Personal] Web:

  • Go to Financial Services
  • Create transfer to mobile/email
  • Select source account
  • Input details of recipient (email/address)
  • Input amount and submit

Can I save templates with transaction details that I can use in the future?

Yes, you can save your transaction details by clicking Save-As template option.

I noticed an error in one of my BankCom [Personal] transactions. Where can I inquire and if ever, file a complaint?

If you notice an error in any of your BankCom [Personal] transactions, immediately notify the Bank by calling BankCom Customer Care at (02) 8632-2265.

The Bank does not guarantee immediate resolution of your requested error correction, including requests for reversal. However, we shall inform you of the results of our investigation and correct any established error, on a best- effort basis.
