Promo Mechanics

  1. The Promo will run from April 1, 2025 to June 30, 2025

Spend Period: April 1, 2025 to July 31, 2025

Redemption Period: April 1, 2025 to September 30, 2025

  1. The Promo is open to all NEW Bank of Commerce Principal Credit Cardholders who apply for and are approved for Bank of Commerce Gold, Platinum, and World Mastercards whose Cards were issued within April 1, 2025 to June 30, 2025 except Corporate credit card. Cardholder must not have an existing BankCom Credit Card or cancelled BankCom Credit Card within the past 12 months from the time of application.
  2. Qualified Cardholders are entitled to a Free Hydroflask Bundle consists of Hydroflask Coffee Mug 18oz (Fossil color), Hydroflask 21 oz standard flex straw cap (Black, Indigo, and White colors), and Hydroflask 32 oz wide mouth flex cap (White and Indigo colors) once the cardholder’s spending is validated via BankCom customer service. This offer can be redeemed at the following Travel Club branches:

  1. Transaction/s used to redeem for this promo shall no longer be qualified for redemption with another promo.

  2. To avail of this promo, cardholder must reach the minimum single or accumulated spend Transaction/s on or before July 31, 2025 based on the table below:

Valid spend will include the following posted transactions:

  1. Straight transactions
  2. Installment transactions
  3. Online transactions

Note: Balance Transfer, Convert to Installment, Get Cash, Cash Installment Plus, Cash Advance, Cash Loan, annual fees, fees and charges and transactions generated from casinos and merchants engaged in wholesale will NOT be considered as valid spend. Transactions from these businesses are NOT qualified for the promo: Casino/Gambling, Money Transfers, Wholesale/Distribution and Quasi Financial Institution (e.g. but not limited to, Paymaya, GCash, etc). Corporate Cards are NOT included in this promo.

  1. Terms & Conditions

  1. Cardholder may avail of the promo only once during the promo period.
  2. Cardholder will be charged the cost of the Free Hydoflask bundle (Hydroflask Coffee Mug 18oz (Fossil color), Hydroflask 21 oz standard flex straw cap (Black, Indigo, and White colors), and Hydroflask 32 oz wide mouth flex cap (White and Indigo colors) if the transaction/s is/are being disputed or found to be fraudulent.
  3. Cardholder’s account must be active and in good credit standing for at least 18 months from date of claiming of the Free Hydoflask bundle (Hydroflask Coffee Mug 18oz (Fossil color), Hydroflask 21 oz standard flex straw cap (Black, Indigo, and White colors), and Hydroflask 32 oz wide mouth flex cap (White and Indigo colors). If the cardholder requests for card cancellation or the card was cancelled within the said 18-month period, the amount of the Free Hydoflask bundle (Hydroflask Coffee Mug 18oz (Fossil color), Hydroflask 21 oz standard flex straw cap (Black, Indigo, and White colors), and Hydroflask 32 oz wide mouth flex cap (White and Indigo colors) will be charged to the cardholder’s account as Cancellation Fee. The Cancellation Fee must be duly paid by the cardholder before the Credit Card may be cancelled by BankCom.
  4. The Free Hydoflask bundle (Hydroflask Coffee Mug 18oz (Fossil color), Hydroflask 21 oz standard flex straw cap (Black, Indigo, and White colors), and Hydroflask 32 oz wide mouth flex cap (White and Indigo colors) is covered by manufacturer’s warranties. It is understood that Bank of Commerce shall not in any way be liable to any claim arising from said manufacturer’s warranties.
  5. In case of dispute arising from the promo such as but not limited to the cardholder’s eligibility, coverage dates, fulfillment, etc., BankCom’s decision shall prevail. All questions or disputes regarding the cardholder’s eligibility for the promotion or for any redemption shall be resolved by BankCom in concurrence with DTI.

  6. Terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of BankCom Credit Card apply.

  1. Redemption Process

  1. Cardholder must call the BankCom Customer Service Hotline to request for the redemption.
  2. BankCom will validate cardholder’s redemption request. If eligible to redeem, BankCom will send the voucher to the cardholder’s registered email address within 7 to 10 working days.
  3. The Cardholder may go to the participating The Travel Club branches to claim his/her Free Hydoflask bundle (Hydroflask Coffee Mug 18oz (Fossil color), Hydroflask 21 oz standard flex straw cap (Black, Indigo, and White colors), and Hydroflask 32 oz wide mouth flex cap (White and Indigo colors). Cardholder must present the following requirements:
  4. Printed voucher sent by BankCom

  5. 1 valid ID

Note: Cardholder may call their preferred The Travel Club branch to check on the item’s availability. Redemption via authorized representative will only be allowed if the following documents will be presented:

  1. Printed voucher sent by BankCom
  2. Authorization letter signed by the cardholder
  3. Photocopy of 1 valid ID of the cardholder

  4. Photocopy of 1 valid ID of the authorized representative
