If the transaction(s) are being disputed or found to be fraudulent, the Waived Annual Fee for Life will be forfeited. If the cardholder requests card cancellation or if the card is cancelled within the 18-month period, the annual fee amount will be charged to the cardholder’s account as a Cancellation Fee. In case of disputes arising from the promo, such as the cardholder’s eligibility, coverage dates, fulfillment, etc., BankCom’s decision shall prevail. All questions or disputes regarding the cardholder’s eligibility for the promotion or for any redemption shall be resolved by BankCom in concurrence with DTI.
