Only one valid Bank of Commerce Credit Card can be used per transaction and one card transaction per visit shall be qualified for the Promo. Splitting of transactions is not allowed. The promo is valid for dine-in transactions only. The promo offer cannot be exchanged for other items or discounts and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers. In the purchase of goods and services that have the promotional discount, the Senior Citizen and Person with Disability can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher, or applicable. In case of dispute related to the promo, the decision of Bank of Commerce and Viva Foods shall be conclusive in concurrence with DTI.
