Frequently Asked Questions

  • 1. What is an e-statement?

  • 3. How can I subscribe to e-statement?
  1. Visit your Branch of Account. 2. Fill out an e-statement enrollment form. 3. Nominate an e-mail address and/or alternative e-mail address. 4. (It is important that your account information be updated as the system will only recognize the email address recorded in your account information.)Check to ensure that all details are correct and sign the e-statement enrollment form. 5. You will receive your e-statement on your next cut-off.
  • 4. What is the cost of subscribing to the e-statement service?
This service is free of charge.
  • 5. Will I still receive printed statements after enrolling to e-statement?
No. You will no longer receive printed copies of your monthly statement once you have subscribed to the e-statement service.
  • 6. How can I ensure that I will receive my e-statement?
  1. Please make sure that your nominated and/or alternate e-mail address is correct upon enrollment. 2. Nominate a personal e-mail address instead of your corporate e-mail address to prevent non-receipt of e-statement. Corporate e-mails usually have limited space and have firewalls to limit external incoming emails. 3. The Bank will also send your e-statement to your alternate email address, if you provided one upon enrollment. This will ensure that you will receive your e-statement on both declared email addresses. 4. Reserve enough space in your email inbox to prevent messages from bouncing back.
  • 7. What will I do if I did not receive my e-statement?
You may visit your Branch of account to report non-receipt of e-statement and request to resend or reprint your e-statement by filling out a Bank form.
