Good News!  You no longer have to worry about lost or delayed confirmation advices and statements for your trust transactions.

Starting June 1, 2024, all Bank of Commerce – Trust Services Group customers with declared email address in our record will be automatically enrolled in the E-Statement Facility (ESOA).  You will automatically receive and view your transaction advices and statement right in your Inbox.  Get ready for a timely, convenient and most of all, an environmentally-friendly experience!

You may also designate your Branch of account to receive your documents on your behalf where you may pick up your transaction documents for free.  Otherwise, kindly ensure that you have an updated email address with us to avoid any inconvenience.

By signing up for and/or using the E-Statement Facility, you accept and agree to be bound by operational rules, terms and conditions governing your Investment Management, Trust or Other Fiduciary agreement, and to any amendments thereto.
