Cardholders who wish to enroll in the E-Statement Facility may call Customer Care at (02) 632 2265 or our Domestic Toll-Free numbers: 1-800-10-082-6000 (PLDT) and 1-800-8-982-6000 (Globe Lines). By signing up for and/or using the E-Statement Facility, the Cardholder accepts and agrees to be bound by all operational rules and general terms and conditions governing the Bank of Commerce Credit Card E-Statement, which can be found here at the Bank of Commerce website.
