March 16, 2020Please be advised that Bank of Commerce Branches in Metro Manila will continue to operate based on regular branch schedules subject to rules and regulations prescribed under Resolution No. 11 dated March 12, 2020 by the Philippine Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Disease. Starting on Monday, March 16, 2020, all customers based in Metro Manila are enjoined to transact only with any of the 69 Bank of Commerce Branches based within Metro Manila. This is in compliance with the Government’s mandate placing the entire Metro Manila under community quarantine effective midnight of March 15, 2020, following the elevation of the Code Red alert on the COVID-19 situation to Sublevel 2. Land, domestic, air and domestic sea travel to and from Metro Manila are also suspended from March 15 to April 14 subject to daily review by the Task Force. Customers based outside of Metro Manila but with accounts maintained in Metro Manila Branches may continue their banking transactions with the Bank of Commerce Branch nearest their location.
