February 26, 2026Bank of Commerce (BankCom), an affiliate of San Miguel Corporation (SMC), has been named one of Mandaluyong City’s top taxpayers for 2025. This is the third straight year in which the Bank received such recognition given to institutions and businesses considered as key drivers of the city’s sustained progress and economic resilience. The award was conferred during the Business Night 2026, held in celebration of Mandaluyong City’s 81st Liberation Day and 32nd Cityhood Anniversary. BankCom Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Antonio S. Laquindanum accepted the award on behalf of the Bank, joined by First Vice President and Branch Banking Group Head Annalyn D. Delos Santos, Main Office Branch Manager Cecille Mae Rivera, Main Office Branch Area Head Liberty Balgemino, and Metro Manila II Division Head Lolita Carlos. “BankCom fully supports the City of Mandaluyong in its efforts to strengthen its local economy and deliver quality governance and services to the community.
