PROGRAM MECHANICS The Promo will run from January 1, 2026 to June 30, 2026. Spend Period: from January 1, 2026 to August 31, 2026. Redemption Period: from January 1, 2026 to October 31, 2026. The promo is open to all NEW Bank of Commerce principal credit cardholders whose cards are issued within the promo period, from January 1, 2026 to June 30, 2026 except for Corporate Credit Cards. Eligible cardholders must not have an existing BankCom credit card or have canceled a BankCom credit card within the past 12 months from the time of application. Only supplementary applications from principal cardholders approved during the promo period are qualified for the promo. Transactions used to redeem for this promo will no longer qualify for redemption under any other acquisition promo. A qualified cardholder who makes purchases using their newly approved and activated card is entitled to a waived annual fee for life. To avail of the promo, the cardholder must reach the minimum spend requirement, single or accumulated transaction/s. Card Type Spend Classic 60,000 Gold 100,000 Platinum 150,000 World 200,000 Cash Installment 150,000 Valid spend will include the following posted transactions: Straight transactions Merchant Installment transactions (Only billed installment transactions will be included/qualified) Online transactions Local and overseas transactions Cash loan transactions (for Cash Installment Card product only) Note: Balance Transfer, Convert to Installment, Cash Installment Plus/Get Cash, Cash Advance, annual fees, fees and charges, and transactions generated from casinos and merchants engaged in wholesale will NOT be considered as valid spend. Transactions from these businesses are NOT qualified for the promo: Casino/Gambling, Money Transfers, Wholesale/Distribution, and Quasi Cash Financial Institutions (e.g., but not limited to, Paymaya, GCash, etc.) A. Terms and Conditions Cardholder may avail of the promo only once during the promo period. If the transaction(s) are being disputed or found to be fraudulent, the Waived Annual Fee for Life will be forfeited. Cardholder’s account must be active and in good credit standing for at least 18 months from the date of claiming Waived Annual Fee for Life. If the cardholder requests card cancellation or if the card is cancelled within the 18-month period, the annual fee amount will be charged to the cardholder’s account as a Cancellation Fee. The Cancellation Fee must be duly paid by the cardholder before the Credit Card may be cancelled by BankCom. In case of disputes arising from the promo, such as the cardholder’s eligibility, coverage dates, fulfillment, etc., BankCom’s decision shall prevail. All questions or disputes regarding the cardholder’s eligibility for the promotion or for any redemption shall be resolved by BankCom in concurrence with DTI. Terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of BankCom Credit Card apply. B. Redemption Process Cardholder must call BankCom Customer Care Hotline at 8632-2265 to request for redemption. BankCom will validate the cardholder’s redemption request. If eligible to redeem, the Bank will send a confirmation email/SMS to the cardholder’s registered email address within 30 working days.
