1. The iPhone 17 Launch with Digital Walker (“Promo”) is open to active and current Bank of Commerce Credit Cardholders (“Cardholder/s”).

2. The Promo period is from October 9 to 17, 2025.
3. Pre-order period is from October 9 to 16, 2025.
4. Midnight launch is on October 17, 2025, 12:00 AM at the following stores:

• • Digital Walker Glorietta 2
  • Digital Walker Robinsons Manila
  • Digital Walker Power Plant Mall

5. Valid purchases are 0% Installment and 0% Buy Now Pay Later transactions. For Buy Now Pay Later, the first monthly amortization shall be billed to the cardholder on the fourth statement cycle after the transaction date.
6. Cardholders are entitled to get premium branded freebies:

• 1. worth Php13,340 during the pre-order period (Oct. 9-16, 2025)
  2. worth Php14,830 during the Midnight Launch (Oct. 17, 2025 at 12:00 AM)

7. Cardholders are also entitled to get straight pricing for up to 24-month term of 0% Installment and 0% Buy Now Pay Later within the promo period.
8. All installment purchases are subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Bank of Commerce Credit Cards and all related provisions of Bank of Commerce’s 0% Installment program.

9. All 0% Installment purchases are subject to Bank of Commerce’s approval and only valid if monthly dues are paid in full.
