Get P100 SM Gift Pass for every installment transaction of at least P5,000 at any accredited merchant partner using your BankCom Credit Card.

Program Mechanics
FREE SM GIFT PASS

  1. The FREE SM Gift Pass (“Promo”) is open to active and current Bank of Commerce Credit Cardholders (“Cardholder/s”).

  2. Promo period is from February 1, 2024 to April 30, 2024.
  3. Cardholders are entitled to get a FREE P100 SM Gift Pass for every installment transaction at any accredited merchant installment partner and meet the minimum purchase requirement of P5,000.
  4. Valid purchases are 0% Installment and 0% Buy Now Pay Later with terms from 3 months up to 36 months. For 0% Buy Now Pay Later, the first monthly installment will be billed to the Cardholder on the fourth (4th) statement cycle after the transaction.
  5. Cardholders who meet the qualified purchase requirement shall receive an eGift code via SMS and/or electronic mail. To redeem, Cardholders must present the eGift code to the Bills Payment Counter of SM Stores (Department Stores) for validation.
  6. Once validated, the Bills Payment Officer shall release the SM Gift Pass.
  7. Redemption period is until June 30, 2024, or not later than 60 calendar days from the end of the Promo period.
  8. Unredeemed eGift code(s) shall be forfeited after the redemption period.
  9. The eGift code(s) cannot be exchanged for cash, other products or discounts.
  10. Bank of Commerce will no longer accommodate the Cardholder in re-sending requests for eGift code(s) such as, but not limited to the following reasons: eGift code(s) sent successfully to the Cardholder but were accidentally deleted because of any reason; due to lost, stolen or defective mobile device; eGift code(s) sent successfully to the Cardholder’s registered mobile number maintained in Bank of Commerce’s database during the Promo and redemption period. Should the Cardholder request for a change in mobile number during the Promo period, only the succeeding eGift code(s) will be sent to the new mobile number.
  11. Splitting of transactions is prohibited and shall not be allowed for redemption. Splitting is defined as an intentional act of dividing a merchant installment transaction into multiple charge slips to redeem more than one reward incentive. Presumption of split transactions is having two (2) or more transactions in one merchant outlet or establishment over one and the same product, and the interval of these transactions were made within 5-10 minutes.
  12. Balance Transfer, Convert to Installment, Get Cash, Cash Loan and Balance Convert are NOT considered as valid spend.
  13. Should it be proven that a Cardholder was able to redeem the free SM Gift Pass without adhering to the above mechanics, the cost will be charged by Bank of Commerce to the Cardholder’s account.
  14. All installment purchases are subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Bank of Commerce Credit Cards and all related provisions of Bank of Commerce’s 0% Installment program.
  15. All 0% Installment purchase(s) are subject to Bank of Commerce’s approval and only valid if monthly dues are paid in full.
