PROMO MECHANICS
FREE Herschel Backpack 2024

  1. The promo is open to all Principal Cardholders of Bank of Commerce Credit Card.
  2. The promo period is from April 15, 2024 to July 15, 2024.
  3. The redemption period is until September 15, 2024, at the following Herschel branches:
    1. Herschel Alabang Town Center – 2/F New Wing Alabang Town Center
    2. Herschel SM Mega Mall 2 – 3/F, Fashion Hall SM Megamall
    3. Herschel One Ayala Makati – Level 2, One Ayala Mall
    4. Herschel Trinoma – 3/F, TriNoma Mall B
    5. Herschel Robinson Place Ermita – 2/F Pedro Gil Wing, Robinsons Place Manila
    6. Herschel SM Cebu – 2/F, North Wing, SM Cebu
    7. Herschel SM Iloilo – G/F SM City Iloilo
    8. Herschel SM Davao – G/F SM City Davao
    9. Herschel Ayala Marquee – G/F Marquee Mall
  1. Qualified Cardholders are entitled to a FREE Herschel Backpack within the promo period.
  2. To avail of the promo, qualified cardholders must spend a minimum single or accumulated transaction/s worth Php90,000 using their BankCom Credit Card within the promo period.
  3. Transaction/s used to redeem this promo shall no longer be qualified for redemption with another promo.

Valid spend will include the following posted transactions:

    1. Straight transactions
    2. Installment Principal Amount
    3. Online transactions
    4. Local and overseas transactions

Note:    Balance Transfer, Convert to Installment, Cash Installment Plus, Cash Advance, Balance Convert, and Annual Fees, will NOT be considered as valid spend. Transactions from these businesses are also NOT qualified for the promo: Casino/Gambling, Money Transfers, Wholesale/Distribution, and Quasi Cash Financial Institutions (e.g. but not limited to, Maya, GCash, GrabPay, etc.) 

Redemption Process

  1. Cardholder must call the BankCom Customer Service Hotline to request for redemption.
  2. BankCom will validate the request. If eligible to redeem, BankCom will send the voucher to the cardholder’s registered email address within 10 working days.
  3. Cardholders may go to the participating Herschel branches, to claim their FREE Herschel Backpack. The cardholder must present the following requirements:
    1. Printed voucher sent by BankCom
    2. 1 Valid ID

Note: Cardholders may call their preferred Herschel branch to check on the item’s availability.

Redemption via an authorized representative will only be allowed if the following documents will be presented:

    1. Printed voucher sent by BankCom
    2. Authorization letter signed by the cardholder
    3. Photocopy of 1 valid ID of the cardholder
    4. Photocopy of 1 valid ID of the authorized representative

Terms & Conditions

  1. Cardholders may avail of the promo only once during the promo period. In case the Cardholder is found by Bank of Commerce to have made multiple, invalid, or fraudulent redemptions, Bank of Commerce reserves the right to charge the prevailing cost of the Herschel Backpack to the cardholder’s BankCom Credit Card account or directly collect from the cardholder.
  2. Cardholder will be charged the cost of the Herschel Backpack redeemed should the Cardholder cancel the qualifying purchase or transaction at a later date; or if the transaction is found to be fraudulent. Bank of Commerce reserves the right to charge the cost of the redeemed Herschel Backpack to their BankCom Credit Card.
  3. In case of dispute in respect of but not limited to cardholder’s eligibility, coverage of dates, fulfillment, etc, the Bank of Commerce’s decision shall prevail. All questions or disputes regarding the cardholder’s eligibility for the promotion or any redemption shall be resolved by the Bank of Commerce with the concurrence of DTI.
  4. Cardholders may only choose to redeem the Herschel Backpack color and size intended for the BankCom Promo at the Herschel redemption branch.
  5. The FREE Herschel Backpack is covered by manufacturer’s warranties. It is understood that the Bank of Commerce shall not in any way be liable for any claim arising from said manufacturer’s warranties.
