PROGRAM MECHANICS: The Promo will run from December 1, 2023 to February 29, 2024 Spend Period: December 1, 2023 to April 30, 2024 Redemption Period: December 1, 2023 to June 30, 2024 The Promo is open to all NEW Bank of Commerce Principal Credit Cardholders whose cards were issued within the promo period except Corporate credit card, December 1, 2023 to February 29, 2024. Cardholder must not have an existing BankCom Credit Card or cancelled BankCom Credit Card within the past 12 months from the time of application – only supplementary applications of principal cardholder approved during the promo period are qualified for the promo. Transaction/s used to redeem for this promo shall no longer be qualified for redemption with another acquisition promo. Qualified Cardholder who purchases using his/her newly approved and activated card is entitled to a Waived Annual Fee for Life. Transactions from these businesses are NOT qualified for the promo: Casino/Gambling, Money Transfers, Wholesale/Distribution and Quasi Cash Financial Institution (e.g. but not limited to, Paymaya, GCash, etc). A. Terms & Conditions Cardholder may avail of the promo only once during the promo period. If the transaction/s is/are being disputed or found to be fraudulent, the Waived Annual Fee for Life will be forfeited. Cardholder’s account must be active and in good credit standing for at least 18 months from date of claiming Waived Annual Fee for Life. If the cardholder requests for card cancellation or card was cancelled within the said 18-month period, the amount of the annual fee will be charged to the cardholder’s account as Cancellation Fee. The Cancellation Fee must be duly paid by the cardholder before the Credit Card may be cancelled by BankCom. In case of dispute arising from the promo such as but not limited to the cardholder’s eligibility, coverage dates, fulfillment, etc., BankCom’s decision shall prevail. All questions or disputes regarding the cardholder’s eligibility for the promotion or for any redemption shall be resolved by BankCom in concurrence with DTI. Terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of BankCom Credit Card apply. B. Redemption Process Cardholder must call BankCom Customer Care Hotline at 8632-2265 to request for the redemption. BankCom will validate cardholder’s redemption request. If eligible to redeem, the Bank will send a confirmation e-mail / SMS to the cardholder’s registered email address within 30 working days.
