“Accelerate Your Savings E-Raffle Promo Part 2”
Terms and Conditions
- The Bank of Commerce (BankCom) “Accelerate Your Savings” Promo will run from April 1, 2025 until March 31, 2026.
- The “Accelerate Your Savings” Promo is an exclusive offer to all individual BankCom depositors with any of the following Peso Deposit account types:
- Savings Account
- Checking Account
- Payroll Account
- Elite Plus Account
Notes: i. Please see Annex A for the list of qualified account types and promo exclusion conditions.
ii. Corporate clients or accounts and settlement accounts are not included in the promo.
3. To qualify for the promo, the individual BankCom depositor should register in the promo through the BankCom website (See Annex B) and be able to meet the following requirements during the promo period:
- Must register to join the promo.
- Must be the primary account holder of a qualified Peso deposit CASA account
- Must have an active Peso deposit CASA account/s
- Must have increased their total Peso deposit average daily balance (ADB) by at least P5,000
- The Total Peso CASA ADB during the promo period must not have decreased by 20% prior to the e-raffle draw date

Notes: i. 20% tax for prizes exceeding P10,000 shall be shouldered by the e-raffle draw winners
ii. All draws will be held at the Bank of Commerce Head Office in Mandaluyong City (2pm to 4pm)
iii. The name of the winners will be released on Bank of Commerce’s website and Facebook page
5. Qualified BankCom individual depositors shall be given e-raffle tickets based on their total Peso CASA deposit ADB during the promo period. The total Peso CASA deposit ADB shall be computed on the indicated ADB Cut-Off dates above.
6. The raffle ticket distribution shall be as follows:
*ADB DPP – ADB During Promo Period (April 1, 2025 to e-raffle draw cut-off date)
*ADB PPP – ADB Prior to Promo Period

For Existing BankCom Depositors (those who have peso deposit accounts prior to the promo period), the basis for the Total Peso CASA Deposit ADB DPP shall be the incremental or accumulated CASA ADB increase during the promo period. The incremental/accumulated CASA ADB increase shall be computed as:

Note: Day 1 shall be January 1, 2025 or account opening date whichever comes later, and Day X shall be March 31, 2025.
For New to Bank Depositors (those who opened peso deposit accounts during the promo period), the Total Peso CASA Deposit ADB DPP is computed as the sum of the daily end-of-day balances of all the qualified Peso deposit CASA accounts of the qualified BankCom depositor divided by the number of calendar days from the start of the promo period until the cut-off date.

7. Bonus E-Raffle Ticket:
a. All qualified depositors shall earn one (1) e-raffle ticket on their birthday. This e-raffle ticket will be awarded during the nearest e-raffle draw date and will only be applicable during the said e-raffle draw date. The bonus e-raffle ticket will no longer be awarded on the succeeding e-raffle draw dates.

8. The e-raffle draw shall be witnessed by a DTI Representative and BankCom employees during the e-raffle draw dates.
9. E-Raffle winners will be notified via registered mail, email and SMS notifications, including a call from their branch of account, with instructions on how to claim the prize. Raffle winners shall authorize BankCom to disclose and publish their names and photos for promotional purposes as deemed appropriate by BankCom.
10. To claim an e-raffle prize, the winner must proceed to the designated BankCom branch/office, present a valid ID with a picture, and fully sign a quitclaim and waiver.
11. A qualified BankCom depositor may only win once during an e-raffle draw date. If a name is drawn more than once, he/she will get the prize of higher value.
12. E-raffle Prizes are non-convertible to cash and non-transferrable.
13. If the prize is not claimed within sixty (60) calendar days from receipt of registered mail notification, it will be forfeited in favor of BankCom upon prior approval from DTI.
14. The depositors shall hold Bank of Commerce and its directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives and successor-in-interest free and harmless and shall indemnify Bank of Commerce and its directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives and successor-in-interest from all liabilities, claims, damages, losses, suits or causes of action and other expenses arising out of or in connection with the participation in the promo.
15. All BankCom employees, directors, stockholders and related party interests including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.
16. This promo is not held in conjunction with other ongoing promos of BankCom.
17. All questions or disputes concerning the promo shall be resolved by BankCom with the concurrence of DTI and any decision shall be binding and conclusive on the qualified BankCom depositors.
18. Terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of the Deposit Accounts shall apply.

- Treasurer-in-trust (TIT) for accounts, In-Trust-For (ITF) accounts, 3rd currency accounts, corporate customers and accounts, pension accounts, settlement accounts, Sikap Pinoy OFW accounts, accounts with restriction, and accounts not mentioned above are not included in the promo.
- For joint accounts, the Peso CASA Deposit ADB of the said account will only be credited to the primary account holder.
