The “Save & Win – Cash or Drive Promo” is an exclusive offer to all Corporate or Sole Proprietor BankCom depositors with any of the following Peso Deposit account types: Savings Account Checking Account Notes: i. Note: Day 1 shall be the account opening date and Day X shall be the raffle draw cut-off date. The e-raffle draw shall be witnessed by a DTI Representative and BankCom employees during the e-raffle draw date. Winner will be notified by their branch of account. Raffle winners shall authorize BankCom to disclose and publish their names and photos for promotional purposes as deemed appropriate by BankCom All qualified Corporate and Sole Proprietor BankCom Deposit are eligible in the Grand E-Raffle draw even if their names are drawn from the First E-Raffle Draw up to the third E-Raffle Draw. All Prizes are non-transferrable. The first E-raffle Draw up to third E-Raffle Prize are non-convertible to cash. Only Grand Draw Prizes are convertible to cash. If the prize is not claimed within sixty (60) calendar days from receipt of notification, it will be forfeited in favor of BankCom with prior approval from DTI. The Corporate or Sole Proprietor BankCom depositor shall hold Bank of Commerce and its directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives and successor-in-interest free and harmless and shall indemnify Bank of Commerce and its directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives and successor-in-interest from all liabilities, claims, damages, losses, suits or causes of action and other expenses arising out of or in connection with the participation in the promo. BankCom employees who open a Sole Proprietor or Corporate Account, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity, are disqualified from joining the promo. San Miguel Corporation Companies, subsidiaries and affiliates are disqualified from joining the promo. This promo is not held in conjunction with other on-going promos of BankCom. All questions or disputes concerning the promo shall be resolved by BankCom with the concurrence of DTI and any decision shall be binding and conclusive on the qualified BankCom depositors. Terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of the Deposit Accounts shall apply.
