A. GrabFood

Customer Journey:

Step 1: User opens the Grab app and taps on the “Food” Tile.

Step 2: User selects preferred food merchant.

Step 3: Once the user meets the minimum spend required on the preferred Grab service, along with all the other T&Cs mentioned, the Bank of Commerce discount will be available for them to click and apply.

Step 4: Users must then select the promo or type the promo code “BOCXGRAB25” and click “Apply” to avail of the promo.

B. Dine Out Deals

Promo Code: BOCXGRAB2025

Customer Journey:

Step 1: Users must have the Grab app downloaded, from Grab home page, tap “Dine Out” and select the restaurant you are dining at.

Step 2: Tap “Pay Bill” and enter the total bill amount for your order. If a restaurant has a “Pay Bill” promo discount, it will be applied automatically.

Step 3: User must then select Bank of Commerce card as the payment method.

Step 4: Tap “Apply more offers”.

Step 5: User must then select the Bank of Commerce promo offer.

The Bank of Commerce promo offer will be applied to the amount indicated in “Pay Bill”. Should a “Pay Bill” promo discount has been applied, the Bank of Commerce promo offer’s minimum spend will be based on the amount post- “Pay Bill” promo discount.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Promo is valid to existing Grab users on the Grab app.
  2. Promo is valid to all Bank of Commerce Credit and Debit Cards only.
  3. Grab app must be updated to the latest version to avail of the promo.
  4. Should there be any disputes, Grab and Bank of Commerce’s decision shall prevail with the concurrence of DTI.
  5. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Philippines and any dispute arising out of or in connection with promotion shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts of the Philippines.
