Promo Mechanics
FREE Delsey Luggage 2025 

  1. The promo is open to current and active Gold, Platinum and World Principal Cardholders of Bank of Commerce Credit Card except Corporate Cardholders.
  2. The promo period is from March 20 – July 19, 2025.
  3. The redemption period is until September 19, 2025, at the following The Travel Club branches:
    • Estancia
    • Power Plant Mall
    • Trinoma
    • SM Southmall
    • Ayala Cebu
    • Abreeza Mall Davao
    • Marquee
    • Centrio
  1. Qualified Cardholders are entitled to one FREE Delsey Luggage within the promo period.
  2. To avail of the promo, qualified cardholders must make a minimum single or accumulated transaction worth Php300,000 using their BankCom Credit Card with any of the following qualified/ valid spend:

a. Travel-related spend (determined by the BankCom’s Merchant Category Classifications “MCC” assigned by the acquiring bank of each merchant establishment).
b. International in-store spend (BankCom Credit Card must be present).

Invalid spend during the promotional period:

Balance Transfer, Convert to Installment, Cash Installment Plus, Cash Advance, Balance Convert, annual fees, will NOT be considered as valid spend. Transactions from these businesses are also NOT qualified for the promo: Casino/Gambling, Money Transfers, Wholesale/Distribution and Quasi Cash Financial Institution (e.g. but not limited to, Maya, GCash, GrabPay, etc)

  1. The color of the Delsey Luggage is subject to stock availability.
  2. Transaction/s used to redeem this promo shall no longer be qualified for redemption with another promo.

Redemption Process

  1. Cardholder must call the BankCom Customer Service Hotline to request the redemption.
  2. BankCom will validate the request. If eligible to redeem, BankCom will send the voucher to the cardholder’s registered email address within 10 working days.
  3. Cardholder may go to the participating The Travel Club branches, to claim their FREE Delsey Luggage. Cardholder must present the following requirements:
    1. Printed voucher sent by BankCom
    2. 1 Valid ID

Note: Cardholder may call their preferred The Travel Club branch to check on the item’s availability.

Redemption via authorized representative will only be allowed if the following documents will be presented:

        1. Printed voucher sent by BankCom
        2. Authorization letter signed by the cardholder
        3. Photocopy of 1 valid ID of the cardholder
        4. Photocopy of 1 valid ID of the authorized representative

Terms & Conditions

  1. Cardholders may avail of the promo only once during the promo period. In case the Cardholder is found by Bank of Commerce to have made multiple, invalid or fraudulent redemptions, Bank of Commerce reserves the right to charge the prevailing cost of the Delsey Luggage to the cardholder’s BankCom Credit Card account or directly collect from the cardholder.
  2. Cardholder will be charged the cost of the Delsey Luggage redeemed should the Cardholder cancel the qualifying purchase or transaction at a later date; or if the transaction is found to be fraudulent. Bank of Commerce reserves the right to charge the cost of the redeemed Delsey Luggage to their BankCom Credit Card.
  3. In case of dispute in respect of but not limited to cardholder’s eligibility, coverage of dates, fulfillment, etc, the Bank of Commerce’s decision shall prevail. All questions or disputes regarding the cardholder’s eligibility for the promotion or for any redemption shall be resolved by the Bank of Commerce with the concurrence of DTI.
  4. Cardholder may only choose to redeem the Delsey Luggage color and size intended for the BankCom Promo at The Travel Club redemption branch.
  5. The FREE Delsey Luggage is covered by manufacturer’s warranties. It is understood that Bank of Commerce shall not in any way be liable any claim arising from said manufacturer’s warranties
