1. Who are ECPay Payment Outlets?

a. 7-Eleven stores nationwide via CLiQQ payment machine or CLiQQ Mobile App.

b. ECPay payment outlets (non 7-Eleven). Visit https://www.bankcom.com.ph/personal/credit-cards/ for the complete list of payment outlets near you.

2. How do I pay through ECPay Payment Outlets?

3. Can I make Cash or Check payments at 7-Eleven and other ECPay payment outlets?

Only CASH payment is accepted at all ECPay Payment outlets.

4. What time is the payment cut-off & when will the payment be posted?

Cut-off is at 12 midnight and payment will be posted within 3 banking days.

5. Is there an additional service fee to be paid?

There is NO additional service fee to be paid to the payment outlet.

6. Is there a maximum amount that I can pay per transaction?

Yes, maximum amount is Php10,000.00 via the CliQQ Kiosk per transaction / per account number, with a maximum of  Php50,000.00 per day.

Customers who have the CLiQQ  App may be able to transact more than Php10,000.00 per transaction/per account number, with a maximum of  Php50,000.00 per day.
